Problem Note 53954: PROC GLIMMIX produces incorrect CONTRAST results if the ADJUST=T option is specified in an ESTIMATE statement
PROC GLIMMIX produces incorrect results for CONTRAST statements if an ESTIMATE statement with the ADJUST=T option is also specified. Options in an ESTIMATE should not affect the results of a CONTRAST statement.
To circumvent this problem, fit the same model in two executions of PROC GLIMMIX. Specify CONTRAST statements and ESTIMATE statements that do not include the ADJUST=T option in one run, and specify ESTIMATE statements that do include ADJUST=T in the other run.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
If the ADJUST=T option is specified in an ESTIMATE statement, and a CONTRAST statement is also specified in PROC GLIMMIX, the contrast results are incorrect.
